Very good receipt. I followed it almost to the letter except for the fact that we like heat so I simply added more heat to the dish...We will be eating this again.

Rubbed and Grilled Pork Loin

I made this the other day and it was great. I didn't use the loin though. I had A shoulder in the freezer so I decided to use it and I was pretty heavy on the red pepper. Quite the crowd pleaser.

Sausage Soup

This was really good the first time so I'm making it again today. The only change I make it just to add A bit more heat. Other than that "if it ain't broke don't fix it".
