A great cake, we really enjoyed it. I added chopped dried cherries and a bit of chopped chocolate chips to the batter, then dusted the top with powered sugar once it cooled. A very nice white cake with a light, pleasant texture.

Vegetarian Phad Thai

Key Lime Pie I

This is a great recipe - the best Key Lime Pie we've had. My only problem with it was that the crust was really hard to pry out of the pie dish so the presentation of the slices was a little messy. But it sure was tasty!

Broccoli and Tortellini Salad

Very good, almost addicting to eat! I ended up using dried tortellini because I had a bunch on hand, and that worked quite well, although you have to take great care that your tortellini do not fall apart when cooking and mixing the salad!

I was looking for a replacement for my old standby spritz recipe, and this is definitely it! The cookies have a very nice flavor, work very well in the cookie press, and turn out nice and soft.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies II

These cookies have been a holiday standard in my family for more than 15 years. My mom originally found the recipe in a magazine and after making it once, we all fell in love with these rich, chocolatey cookies. I always make at least a double batch every Christmas and they go fast!
