Chef John's Dutch Babies
Amazing!! I didn't clarify the butter. I preheated the oven at 475 with my pan in there. When the pan was hot I put the butter into my pan in the oven and let it melt and heat up. I turned the oven down to 425 poured the batter into the preheated pan with the melted butter and let it cooked for 20 min. Perfection it came out looking amazing and deflates in about 3 minutes :( but the taste is unique and super good. I will be making this again and again. Next time I am going to try a savory one.

Macaron (French Macaroon)
It worked for me!!! I weighed my ingredients,added cream of tartar to my egg whites while betting them and after piping the batter onto the cookie sheets lined with parchment paper I gave the cookie sheet a good hits against the table (this is supposed to get the bubbles out and prevent cracking. I filled mine with Nutella yum yum :) I have never actually tasted a macaron before I took on the challenge of making them. And after creating the perfect macaroon I know what all the fuss is about. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!

Mimi's Zucchini Pie
This was OK (made as written). I did not like that it was very bred-like. I wanted it to be more eggy. Next time I will tweak it by adding an extra layer of tomatoes and cheese in the middle (that was my favorite part of this dish) I think this will be better if the baking mix was cut by half and a splash of milk/cream would not hurt. Also but some more seasoning in it (HOWEVER kids love it AS IS with no heavy seasoning). I like that I found this recipe it's something NEW and I love trying new things. Just tweak it to YOUR liking.
