Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
I don't know why everyone raves about this recipe. It has no flavor! I used a pork loin and if I ever made it again I would use the tenderloin or bone in pork roast for more flavor and fat but I don't think I would make it again. i did not even serve it for dinner guests tonight. Fortunately I cooked it and tasted it ahead of time, no way would I serve it. I sliced it and put it in the ref, will see if it tastes better tomorrow but likely going in the trash or will find some way to make pulled pork.

Banana Cake VI
One of the best cakes I have ever eaten and my family agreed. We are a family that loves deserts and this was loved by all. I was short on time so I increased the temp to 325 and baked about 40 min, the cake was so moist I can't imagine it being any better! The icing was delicious and made the exact amount to frost the cake. I had 3 large bananas, don't know if that is more or less than 1.5 cups but it was perfect. Can't wait to make this cake over the holidays for my son who loves anything banana. I can't imagine anybody not loving this cake. There were several comments about this being more like banana bread, keep in mind it would be impossible to make a light airy cake using fresh bananas.

Buttermilk Pie
Very good pie, I did not change one thing about the recipe. The next time I will leave out the lemon juice as we like our pies on the sweet side. I am going to add this to my holiday menu. Baked for 50 min and it was cooked perfectly. Put rack on lowest position.
