Easy Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2012
This one is really nice. I like to add canned tomatoes (Hunts or S&W brands), for time's sake.

Very good. I like to add my own seasonings however.

Wonderful recipe; certainly not for the faint-hearted! Not low in cal. either, so make this cake for a special treat. Great for a summer-time picnic or a pot-luck!

Triple Berry Crisp

Very nice recipe! To save a little $, one could just include blueberries only, & the dish would still be great.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2012
Though good, the hominy could be left out of this dish. The up-side of including hominy in this soup is that it helps make more soup.

Grilled Chicken Breasts with Fresh Strawberry Salsa

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2012
Personally, I'd leave the serrano out, & add some chopped mild green chilies instead. Some folk can't handle too much heat, & those are HOT! Otherwise, very good recipe & quite unusual.

Cabbage Goulash

I'd serve this dish with corn bread, to make it more traditional Southern-style.

Apple Coleslaw

This is a delicious no-mayo healthier version of slaw. Personally I would peel the apple, before adding it.

Tangy Mango Slaw

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2012
I would prefer honey (about 2 Tbsp) to the Splenda.I would add a small amt. of olive oil as well. Drizzle the oil over the slaw to taste.
