I'm new to cooking and this was my first trial meal for the summer. The family LOVED it. We like cream cheese with just about everything. My mom can't wait till I make it again. It took a lot of running around the kitchen to make, but the effort was definitely worth it.

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

The second meal I've prepared for the summer! Very yummy - I love moist food. I added a bag of frozen broccoli to the meal both for the sake of getting in a veggie and for some color.

Pumpkin Crisp

Everyone in my family loved it, even my little brother (and he's picky). My topping didn't come out crumbly, but it was hard, so there was still a crisp to the dessert (I followed some other people's advice and used half brown sugar). Will probably be making it again!
