Chocolate Chip Cookies I
What a great cookie! I made these as is and they were great and tasty. But as any other cook would probably do, I made the 2nd batch and made a few small changes and they were excellent. I used butter flavored Crisco shortening, used all brown sugar and no white (came out to 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar), and I increased the vanilla to a full teaspoon. This is definitely now my go to recipe for a small batch of chocolate chip cookies so that I can cure my craving without overdoing it with too many cookies. Thank you SO much for sharing! :)

Banana Crumb Muffins
This is a great recipe! Made it once as written and it was delicious...but I like adding things and playing around with it so I did the second time around :-) Changes I made were adding some cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla to the wet ingredients, and I also doubled the crumble ingredients because it wasn't quite enough for me the first time around. I made half of them with just the crumble and the other half I added some chopped pecans on top as well. These are so moist and delicious and flavorful and are now a favorite in my house! Best breakfast muffin with some coffee on a cold morning! Thank you for this recipe! :-)

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting
Awesome recipe! Made as is it will frost two 13x9 inch pans. So I just half it when I'm only making 1 pan :) I also only use between 1 to 1 and 1/2 cups of powdered sugar. Doesn't really need the full 2 cups. I also do a "heaping cup" of peanut butter. Delicious! :)
