Giant Crisp Chocolate Chip Cookies

Everyone loved this cake. I used dark chocolate mix instead, and walnuts. It was for a birthday and I wanted to write on it so I let the cake cool overnight and frosted it with fudge frosting the next morning even though frosting was not called for or even needed. It made it a real chocolate lovers cake! Will make again for sure!

Boston Cream Cake

What a nightmare. Taste is fine but such a huge mess it is not presentable for the party that is planned. I baked according to directions, exactly, except I only used 1 cup milk in pudding. I waited for cake to cool, it was very cool and so was pudding. After pouring frosting on top it fell apart from there. Will not attempt again.

Almond Crunch

This was easy and so good! I used pecans though and I put them on the foil first, then poured my mixture. I found that a little easier than stirring them into the mixture then pouring.
