Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
Followed the recipe mostly - used 2 lbs of meat though, and no worsteshire sauce. Added a few tbsp of sweet/hot bbq sauce instead. Turned out amazing! Even the teenager loved it - and she never likes anything I cook. Instead of onions on top I mixed in one scallion to the meat mixture.

Kalamata Olive Tapenade
Great recipe and so easy to make. I followed the recipe but used jalepeno stuffed olives, cilantro (instead of parsley), no capers, salt or pepper, and two big cloves of garlic - turned out so good. Making watermelon canapes tonight - slice of watermelon, topped with olive tapenade, and a slice of goat brie on top. Yum!!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken
Easiest recipe ever! I did not have dijon mustard so mixed 1/3 cup regular mustard with 3 tbsp wasabi horseradish along with the other ingredients. Marinated the chicken for five hours in the fridge before grilling. The chicken came out so tender and juicy - was a hit with the (picky) family. Great recipe, will make this one again
