Maple Salmon

I really enjoyed this recipe. A little sweet, but a real treat. I marinated skin side up so the fillet could absorb all the deliciousness. Baked skin side down.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

I used chopped onions as suggested in another review. I added minced garlic and used skim milk. Make sure you use a whisk. It is the key to a smooth cheese sauce.

German Apple Cake I

This cake is really good. I used 1c sugar, 1/2c oil and 1/2c apple sauce. The sweetness was just right because I used granny smith apples, which were a little tart. I dusted with powdered sugar and voila!

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

I cannot believe how good this was. I added half the amount of cayenne because our family can't take the heat. I doubled the garlic and used half n half to cut down on some of the fat. Truly delicious!

Crazy Chicken Marinade Grilled Chicken

I didn't have any sage so I used 1/2 tsp dried marjoram and 1/2 tsp dried thyme. I marinated for about 3 hrs, turning once. I will probably cut back to 3 limes next time. It kind of reminded me of how some mediterranean kabobs are marinated. I really enjoyed this dish. Next time I will use the sage.

This is a nice and easy recipe for a quick weekday meal. I warm up the garlic and olive oil in the microwave for about 25 seconds.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This recipe is really good! I always lightly season my fish with old bay. I have tried this with orange roughy and it tasted just as good.

I absolutely love this recipe! I have been making this for a few years and I use it all the time! I always keep an eye on them while they are baking because you really don't want these to overcook, otherwise they won't be soft.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

This sauce was pretty tasty and the cashews added a nice texture. I reduced the butter by more than half and added a 1/4 tsp more of brown sugar.

This recipes was very simple! I added refried beans as an additional layer. Instead of green peppers used green onions and reduced the sour cream to 8oz.
