Spinach Basil Pasta Salad

I could eat this a couple times a week! We use 2 packages of pancetta and make it a meal. Best served warm and you can reheat in the toaster oven. Awesome recipe!

Pumpkin Pancakes

Tasted better made with turbinado sugar instead of brown. I even made some gluten free by just substituting the flour for all purpose gluten free baking mix.

Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms

I could eat this every day! I've made this probably 6 or 7 times now and I always serve it over wild rice. YUM!

Hungarian Lecso

Good recipe! It took longer than 20 min for my potatoes to be cooked. I used Al Freso roasted pepper and asiago chicken sausage, and used jalapeños instead of green peppers. Also used green onion instead of white. Will make again!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I did not follow directions and added the veggies which I wouldn't do next time so maybe I'll re-rate if I make it again. I am gluten and corn free so I used gluten free cream of mushroom and gluten free french onion soup because the onion soup packet has cornstarch in it.

Fish Fillets Italiano

We have been trying to eat more fish and this is one of the best recipes I have found. I used cod pieces to save some money and got a little over 1 lb. for under $5 and it still turned out very good! I also added some capers.

Basil-Tomato Tuna Steaks

I think any way you prefer to do the tomato/basil combo would work, it gives the tuna great flavor. We did ours on the grill- 5 minutes on each side on high. I thought they were a little overdone so would probably turn the heat down next time but will make again!

Butterscotch Squares

Recipe is very good overall. I used marshmallow fluff to avoid the added cornstarch in mini marshmallows (about 7 oz). Definitely needs more rice krispies. I used a little more than 4 cups and still didn't think it was enough. Also if your a peanut butter lover I would add more peanut butter.

Garlic Roasted Summer Squash

I have made this recipe about 10 times now and have even taken it to 2 dinner parties as my side dish. Everyone always loves it! To feed a large group I used 3 zucchini and 3 yellow squash and added a large package of whole mushrooms, halved, plus a large package of cherry tomatoes. I just doubled the oil/seasoning and used two roasting pans to cook everything. Turns out amazing every time and it's healthy and gluten-free!

Chicken Hobo

This was so yummy my fiancé and I ate it two nights in a row! I used green onions because that's the only kind of onions I like, but otherwise followed the recipe and it was very good! I would recommend spraying the foil first so the veggies don't stick.
