Fresh Strawberry Upside Down Cake
I made this exactly as written. It came out of the pan easily which I was a little worried about. I can't taste the marshmallows at all. They completely melted and you'd never know they were there. This is tasty, but I don't know if I'd make it again. There are too many other ways to use strawberries.

Chocolate Cobbler
I followed this exactly as written and it turned out great! It looked a little odd going into the oven, but after exactly 30 minutes it was done. I let it cool for a short while and then served with vanilla ice cream. My husband and I both made yummy noises as we ate it. I was nervous the dough wouldn't be done underneath (I hate gooey, undercooked dough), but it was and there was lots of chocolate syrup. I'll definitely be making this again. Very easy and very rich!

Zucchini Saute
This is very tasty. I added 2 cloves of garlic to the onion and also used yellow squash in addition to the zucchini. Since I wanted to use brown rice, I cooked it separately and added before serving.
