My favorite things to cook
Stir fry, Christmas potato candy, although the recipe I learned as a kid is simpler than the one I viewed here. I make my own meat stocks and coffee creamers from natural ingredients. I don't use artificial ingredients. It would diminish the flavor.
My cooking triumphs
Creating mouth watering signature dishes. The roasts I prepare literally fall apart and makes great shredded sandwiches and entree's. I have had the same results with chicken.
My cooking tragedies
Undercooked.grilled chicken. It was inedible.
