My cooking triumphs

I invented my own gourmet meatloaf. Hubby loves meatloaf, but neither of us have ever tried to make it. Since he likes fancy stuff, and I like Italian stuff, I spent some time coming up with a gourmet Italian meatloaf. It is SO delicious. This is something I would expect from a GOOD Italian/American restaurant.

Tomato Orzo Soup

this recipe is YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY, especially considering how easy it is to put together. One note, I did use vegetable bouillon instead of chicken, as I am a part-time vegetarian, but I am sure it would be good with chicken too!
