We hated this recipe. I didn't say it in my review, but we did. It was rich, and bland, and had no depth of flavor whatsoever. It tasted like wet ricotta cheese with some spinach and salt in it. I didn't dress it down in the review because I think it's a matter of taste -- we prefer hot, spicy, acidic foods. We do LOVE alfredo though so I thought this would be a winner, but I guess I thought wrong huh!
