Quite possibly the best part, toasted almonds & coconut. Mild enough in flavor for even coconut haters, this is an eye-closing treat for coconut lovers. The top meringue layer does not bake up flat enough to keep the almonds from falling all into weird positions, so this dessert is not for the precise-minded among us, I think.
