These were really tasty, and I liked the fruit & veggies & sauce with rice aspect too. It was vaguely Asian, and vaguely American, a really nice combo to my tastes at any rate. I did add crushed red pepper for heat, and I'd use real ginger next time and probably garlic as well, there wasn't any here and I do love it.
