Insalata Caprese II

I made a small batch: 1 tomato, a few slivered basil leaves and a few slices of mozzarella drizzled with evoo and balsamic vinegar and I did take the advise of others and sprinkled a little garlic powder. So dang good and I ate all of it in 3 minutes! Maybe I'll control myself and let the flavors blend together the next time I make it - I'm sure it'll be AMAZING!

Best Carolina BBQ Meat Sauce

I have made this sauce several times and it is always amazing! This time I did not have any beer and didn't want to run to the store just for that so I substituted it with chicken broth and it was just as good. Yum!!!

Broccoli and Garlic Penne Pasta

Excellent and quick meal! I've made it with and without grilled chicken and it's great both ways, also added a few more cloves of garlic but that's just my preference. Will make this again and again. Thanks!
