Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

The dough was relatively quick and easy to make. The flavor was okay but the consistency was much more like bread than traditional pizza crust. It was just far too dense. Overall, we agreed that we'd prefer dough that was a bit less healthy and a bit more tasty.

Creamed Spinach from Oikos®

The recipe was super easy and quick. However, as written, it is very bland. I added a bit of flavor by including some fresh minced garlic and a bit of cayenne pepper. Overall, I guess it is a good way to dress up frozen spinach but I've definitely had tastier side dishes.

Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potatoes

These are delicious. I always omit the poultry seasoning since I don't typically have it on hand and it definitely isn't needed with all the other flavors. For crispier potatoes increase the cooking time by a few minutes on each side.
