This cake is AMAZING- so moist. I use coffee in place of the water, it really brings out the flavor of the chocolate without overpowering it. Great with chocolate frosting but my favorite is cream cheese frosting on this one. This has become my signature recipe for birthday cake.

Creamy Chicken

With the suggestions of another user (adding sour cream, chicken broth and poultry seasoning) this is a five star recipe- and so easy too. Goes great with "Cream Corn Like No Other," mashed potatoes and biscuits. True comfort food!

World's Best Lasagna

Not only is this lasagna delicious- I use the recipe for spaghetti sauce that is amazing, with or without the meat. Double the sauce recipe and cook it on low in a crockpot for 8 hours. Great for meatballs too.
