Tater Crisp Chicken

I came online today looking for a simple recipe for chicken legs, and I found it. Krissy the recipe was perfect. My husband and I both loved it. Now that I am a stay at home wife I don't use instant mashed potatoes anymore and I thought I would end up throwing them out. What a perfect way to use them. All I did was salt and pepper and it was great.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

My stepson brought me a bag of blueberries and one so I tried to find something to do with the blueberries and ran across this recipe. I followed the original recipe and it is wonderful. So moist and full of flavor. Thank you for the post. I will definitely make again.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

I haven't baked a whole chicken in a long time and was looking for a simple but tasty recipe. This one filled the bill. It was so moist and flavorful I was really surprised. I was concerned as it baked because it being uncoved I had no juice in the pan and I really wanted the juice. After I put the last of the butter on the chicken lo and behold I had a wonder rich looking broth in my pan. I saved the carcass and the remaining broth in my freezer and will make a delicious soup from it next week. Thank you for posting this delicious recipe. Forgot to take a picture before we devoured it.

Pineapple Angel Food Cake I

I have made this recipe many times. No need to turn it upside down and take it out. No need for it to stick. The secret is to bake in a glass pan. It doesn't work well in metal, or so I have seen. 350° for 35 min. in a 9 x 13" pan and it is perfect every time.

Famous Butter Chicken

This was wonderful. I followed the original recipe only changing garlic powder for garlic salt. It was so moist and juicy and I loved the crunchy skin. I will definitely make again.

Grilled Salmon I

We were so impressed with this recipe. My husband didn't think he liked salmon but his opinion has changed. The only thing I did was omit the lemon pepper (we don't like lemon) and left the garlic powder out. I would suggest this to anyone. Thanks for the other reviews that influenced me when looking for a recipe.

Bar-B-Que Sauce

Loved this sauce for several reasons. 1. All the ingredients are staples in most any kitchen 2. No mess with dishes to clean afterwards 3. It too about 5 min to make. I didnt change any ingredients as it wouldn't be the same recipe. Its perfect the way it is.
