Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Reviewed: May 8, 2014
Me and my husband and daughter loved this! This was my first time using sea salt and I used the coarse sea salt and it was perfect with the whole teaspoon of coarse sea salt. I didn't find it too salty at all. Hope to make a double batch next time! It really was great.

Slow Cooker Southern Lima Beans and Ham

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2014
I had to give a review on these delicious beans! The flavor was amazing! The beans were tender! I laid a big ham steak on top of the beans and let 'em cook in my Crock Pot. After they were done, I added some cooked white rice. It was very "soupy", but I loved that! This is the only way I will make beans from now on!

This was so good! Made it with yolk free noodles to save on fat and it was still great! Next time I'll pile on even more mozzarella!

Chicken Pot Pie III

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2013
I loved this pot pie! I want to make it every week. Used the "store brand" frozen pie crusts that come 2 to a pack. Baked a few frozen chicken breast tenders and cut them up into pieces. Just added the frozen vegetables, which were cooked a little in water beforehand. Used about an 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme and just one can of cream of chicken soup. Put it all in one of the pie crusts and took the other pie crust out of the tin pan and placed it on top. Was a great "comfort food"!

Black Bean Tacos

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2013
Oh my this was good! Didn't miss the meat at all. Omitted the garlic powder & used chili seasoning packet instead of chili powder (about a tablespoon). Everything else the same and then topped it with the cheese & some diced tomatoes. I love hard-shelled tacos and with these I felt they were more healthy and less fattening.

Pork with Roasted Peppers and Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2012
This was very good! I grilled my pork chops outside first--then diced potatoes into little cubes and fried them in a little vegetable oil with the onions and oregano. Poured in the broth and diced roasted red pepper and cut my grilled pork chops up into smaller pieces and threw them in and simmered it all like it said. Turned out great--potatoes tender and yummy grilled pork chops!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2012
The ultimate comfort food! So simple, but so good! I didn't even use a whole stick of margarine--just a half stick to mix with the cracker crumbs. It still turned out fine. Will be making this alot.
