Eggplant Parmesan For the Slow Cooker

Warning, if your crock pot does not have a low, you may end up burning it if you leave it for 4-5 hrs. Mine was in for 4, I left and when I came back it was burnt to a crisp.

Blackberry Jam

I made this as a topping for a blackberry pie. Very delicious! Make sure you keep stirring constantly though. Don't step away or you might burn the bottom of it because it thickens very quickly.

Bread Pudding II

I used this recipe but modified it a bit. I made homemade honey & sunflower seed bread last week. One loaf went stale so I was looking for a way to do something with it so it didn't go to waste. I did not add the raisins since I already had sunflower seeds in my bread. Overall I wish I had added more cinnamon and brown sugar on top. But everyone loved how it turned out.
