5-Layer Greek Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2013
THIS is my new favorite dip! I could not have imagined how well these flavors would be together. I used a Roasted Red Pepper hummus and it disappeared at a family gathering.

4H Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2013
Wonderful banana bread! Very moist and light. I was afraid it might burn, so I baked it for 50 minutes at 350, then lowered the temperature to 300 for another 10 minutes. It came out perfect with a wonderful crunchy top.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2013
Best breakfast casserole! Made this for an Easter brunch and everyone loved it. I used Jimmy Dean Hot sausage. I didn't realize it was an overnight dish until the morning I needed it, but it still worked great. Combined everything and put it in the freezer for 1/2 hour. Baked up beautifully.

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2013
Followed previews reviews and only used 1 c broc., 1/2 onion, 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 t garlic and 3 eggs. It was terrific! It definitely could've used another egg, but it was great.

Have made this for years and it's still one of my favorite blueberry desserts. Use up to 2 cups of blueberries. Not overly sweet-perfect!

Meatball Nirvana

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2012
These are the best meatballs! I didn't have panko breadcrumbs, so I used crushed saltine crackers and omitted the additional salt. I adjusted the crushed red pepper flakes and hot sauce to my taste. Great recipe.

Best chicken dish I ever had! Didn't have celery salt or white pepper. Added a little lemon-pepper and crushed red pepper to the sauce for a little spice.

Cheesy Sausage Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2012
Loved this dish! I had left over cooked hot sausages and this was the perfect fit. It made a wonderful creamy sauce. Even using the hot sausage, the red pepper flakes were a must! I didn't use quite as much parm cheese, just added it in until the right consistancy and taste. Will make again.

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
Made these for a Thanksgiving treat and they were a huge hit! I mixed the cookie crumbs and cream cheese with an electric mixer until it looked like chocolate fudge and then put it in the fridge for over an hour. They rolled very easily and held together great through the chocolate dipping.

Chicken Alfredo

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
Best Alfredo sauce and so easy too! I just used penne and broccoli and it was great. It's not a loose sauce and clings to everything, so I found the amount of sauce to be plenty.
