Wonderful recipe! It tasted delicious. This was my first time making cheesecake, and I messed a few things up. First, I didn't realize that a graham cracker was one SQUARE, not one rectangle- I crushed double the amount of crackers and didn't realize it until it was already in the pan, so I just removed half and added more butter to try to make up for the lost. Then, the cream cheese wasn't room temperature yet- it was still a little cold. This made my batter a bit lumpy. Lastly, when baking, I accidentally turned the oven off for a few minutes without realizing it, but I'm not sure this changed anything. I would reccommend avoiding these mistakes, and not even checking to see if the cake looks finished after an hour, since it doesn't get golden or look done. You can serve this with chocolate syrup on top, cherry pie filling, strawberry sauce or whatever filling you want. A delicious, moist cheesecake.
