Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

Cookies were good. I did cut the sugar in half (& it could have used another 1/4 or so off). sorta crumbly, but good. I added chocolate chunks, and you definitely need to cut the sugar more if you do that.

Bread Pudding II

I think this recipe was great. Tasted a bit like french toast but that was OK by me. It could use some added spices--nutmeg would add a kick. Overall, delicious!

Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These cookies did need the added vanilla. I also used fresh cranberries, and found that cooking them for 12 minutes was too much--8 minutes was better.

Chicken Fried Steak I

This was a great, easy to follow, quick recipe. I used oil instead of shortening and it worked quite well. Very tasty--make sure not to overcook the steaks as the coating will fall right off if you do!
