Linda's Irish Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2013
This is fantastic although I do make a few changes. I use McCormick brown gravy & add, 1 cup of beef broth instead of water, then add that to the beef. I use a mixture of monterey jack & cheddar cheese. I also make the mashed potatoes the day before for another recipe-only using red potatoes,1/2 light cream & 1/2 milk, butter, salt & pepper. A little richer, but we love it. Good luck foodies:)

Simple Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2012
Delicious. I never thought of using the veg. dip before. I added fresh veg, so I removed the dried veg from the dip & used only the seasoning portion. A huge hit. Will def. be my go to mac salad from now on.

Apple Crisp III

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
This is wonderful. At first I was concerned about how dense the topping was with all the butter, but it serves like apple crisp topped with butter cookies. Seriously, what could taste better than that. Add some fresh whipped heavy cream with vanilla & powdered sugar & get a gym membership. Thanks again for another big hit.

Cream Puffs

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2003
These cream puffs are amazing & sooo easy. Just to let everyone know, make a batch use as filling in double layer cakes. After putting the the pudding on the first layer, try put real fruit(esp. Comstock)on top. I use whatever is requested. Beside filling, I've also completely coverd a double layer cake with it. Heavy yes, fattening, yes. But amazing. Make sure the cake layers are cool and be gentle. Please let me know what you think. GOOD LUCK
