Super Easy Rosemary Bread Machine Bread
This recipe is amazing! The bread is very light and fluffy and full of flavor!
The first time I tried it, the bread didn't rise at all, but I tried it a second time and it rose and baked perfectly! I found out that what I did wrong the first time is I had the water too hot and used too much yeast. In my second attempt, for half the amount of water I used very hot water from the tea cooker and the other half was cold water from the faucet. And for the yeast, I didn't use a whole little package (for 500g flour), but instead just followed the recipe.
For the flower, I used half white flour and the other half multi-grain and it was absolutely delectable!
