PHILADELPHIA Double-Chocolate Cheesecake

Loved this recipe. I will say don't use double-stuffed oreos it made it a little more chewier/crustier but still a perfect recipe. It was like a chocolate cream cheese brownie cake! Loved it!

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

I found this recipe to be extremely bland. I didn't try it once but twice they just didn't have a lot of taste to it. I have a feeling that it just didn't need as much flour as recommended and probably at least a 1/4 cup less of chips.

I loved this recipe! I did double the sauce recipe and cut the amount of oil in half and the amount of ginger root in half. It was great but a fair warning it does not sit overnight very well.

Flavorful Beef Stir-Fry

So, I actually changed this recipe quite a bit, I tripled the sauce and substituted Apple juice for the white wine. Added 2 teaspoons garlic powder to the sauce. I made this without Beef. Instead of coating beef with the sauce I coated my veggies after I let the veggies cook just a bit (about a min or so) then let them cook until soft. Poured over brown rice was fantastic!

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

I actually really enjoyed these I made them for my husband and myself as an afternoon munchy. Let me tell you they were worth it. I do think it'd be better with a little more vanilla and butterscotch chips.

Blueberry Dessert Squares

This was fantastic! I was thrilled glad that I used fresh instead of frozen blueberries and this recipe was also fantastic by subbing out the shortening for either butter or vegan butter. I was largely impressed with this recipe!
