Okonomiyaki

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2006
I love this, and I usually put strips of bacon on the pan and pur the batter over that so the bacon gets crispy. My favorite sauce is mayo (Japanese kind are the best!) and tonkatsu sauce.

Raw Brownies

I thought this was really good and healthy!! Great way to satisfy the chocolate craving. Like soemone suggested, I poured 1/2 cup of water on top but maybe it was a little too much, next time I'm going to only pour about 1/4 cup.

Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2006
My picky boyfriend loved it!!! To make it a little lighter, I omitted the heavy cream and only used about 1/4 of butter called for. It was still really good with wonderful flavors!

American Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2005
This was very good. I used no-boil lasagna pasta (they have it in the cheese section at Trader Joes) so I saved some time there. Also make sure to save enough of the sauce mixture for the very top, otherwise the pasta will dry out when you bake. This is a very good recipe!

Pork Chop Pileups

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2005
Please, listen to others who rated this a low score. IT IS VERY BLAND. You have been warned. And if anyone knows of a way to add some flavor to this dish please give some suggestions. Because this recipe is so easy, it will be nice if there is a way. I put so many spices, added vegetables, and it was still bland.

Cheese Ravioli with Fresh Tomato and Artichoke Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2005
This was sooo good! I added olives and some canadian bacon. Also, I added about 3oz of tomato paste to make the sauce a little thicker, but that's because we like thicker tomato sauces though. But with all these ingredients, it was very pretty. Thank you!

Pita Chips

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2005
I tried it both ways, after cutting them, separating them and not sepatrating them. My conclusion is... separate them if you want crunchier, but keep them together if you have a dip. Also less baking time for the separated one.

Asparagus, Chicken and Penne Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2005
I added some onions like someone suggested and also about 1/4 cup chicken broth. It was still a little dry so I would add some more next time. This will be excellent with alfredo sauce!

I needed to try a couple of times till I could make it thin and circle but I got the hang of it by the 3rd or 4th one. I served this for valentines day with strawberries, bananas, whipcream and chocolate syrup! It was very good.

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2005
It was so good! I like spicy so I added spicy sausages and diced canned tomatoes with jalapeno. I also took the suggestion from others and added a lot more ingredients like more onions, spinach, mushrooms and cooked the mushrooms for longer too. It was great and easy.

Banana Chocolate Chip Dessert

I also had to bake it for about 40min but it was good! It will be good with walnuts in it also. Next time, I will put walnuts in it and bake it in a thinner cookie sheet for a crispier finish.
