I used left over stuffing as the crust. I omitted the celery as its one of the "dirty dozen", added corn for color interest. I also used a beater to blend the flour, broth, onion mixture as it was a bit lumpy. I also used cake pans and quiche pans, I ran out of pie pans. Happy Thanksgiving from a Yankee.
