Asian Salmon Salad
I made this dressing two days in advance of my event because I didn't trust that anything Asian that had catsup as a base would be good. Boy, was I wrong! I added toasted sesame seeds and served the dressing in a bowl so that people could put it directly on the salmon. Everyone LOVED it! Next time I will put the salmon on the salad. The dressing has so much flavor that a little goes a long way. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Karyn's Cream of Crab Soup
Spectacular! I used fat-free half and half and it was still creamy, rich and delicious! Thanks, Karyn!

Brazilian Chicken with Coconut Milk
Absolutey delicious! Used canned tomatoes, less cayenne and two mild jalapeños from the garden. Seasoned and browned the chicken and threw it in the slow cooker. Sautéed the onion, etc. And mixed it with tomatoes and coconut milk and poured it all on top of the chicken. Cooked on low 8 hours. Fantastic flavor! Thank you, MLYIN!
