Karen's Baked Banana Stuffed French Toast
Both my husband and I thought this recipe was "ok". I added peanut butter (spread it on one slice of bread, banana on other and "sandwiched" them together). If I made this again, I would slice the banana instead of mash, as it was alittle too mushy for me.

This dish was terrible. I'm not sure how other people liked it so much! I made it exactly as the recipe said, and it was terrible. My husband tolerated it and I didn't eat it.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
I have made this recipe before, prior to seeing it posted on this website. I use blue cheese instead of ranch (that is the Buffalo way...) Canned chicken works great, however so does leftover cooked chicken.
