Since some of you have requested korean dish recipes. I will post ddokboggi and spinach recipes :) I think some ingredients are not familiar, but I am sure you can get it from Asian grocery stores.

Ddokbogi
* Ingredients
Ddokbogi rice cake 20
Eomuk(Korean fish cake) 2 hand size
Sea tangle (palm size) 1
Dried shrimp 10
Green onion 1
Onion 1/4
Diced garlic 1 Tbsp
Red chili paste 3Tbsp
Red chili powder 1Tbsp
Soy sauce 1Tbsp
Corn starch/honey 2Tbsp
Sugar 1Tbsp
Water 4cups
Sesame 1tsp
* Directions
1. Placec water, sea tangle, and dried shrimp in a sauce pan and boil it on medium heat.
2. While boiling, cut eomuk into triangles
3. As the water starts boiling, take sea tangle and dried shrimp out and put rice cake and eomuk and boil for 10 minutes
4. Mix diced garlic, red chili paste, red chili powder, soy sauce, cornstarch, and sugar in a small bowl.
5. Put the sauce into sauce pan and simmer on low heat
6. Slice green onion and onion and put them into the pan.
7. When the sauce becomes thick, turn off the heat
8. Add sesame and it is ready to be served!
**For covergirl
spinach and ginger, very spicy dish
*Ingredients
spinach 0.5lb
minced garlic 0.5Tbsp
diced green onion 1Tbsp
soy sauce 1Tbsp
sesame oil 1Tbsp
sesame 0.5Tbsp
salt 2Tbsp
boiling water 10cups
*Directions
1.
Put salt and spinach into boiling water for 20 seconds

Wash spinach with cold water for a few seconds and squeeze water
3.
Put soy sauce, diced green onion, minced garlic, sesame, and sesame oil into the spinach and mix them
4.
Now you can serve on a pretty plate.
