Apple Breakfast Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2015
We really enjoyed it! But I think next time I will grate the apple like another review did, the chunks made it fall apart.... It was delish though, I also served brown sugar butter on the side.

Apple-Kraut Tuna Sandwich

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2015
This will become a regular in our house, the red wine vinegar paired great with the red wine. I did not have a sweet red apple and instead used a Granny Smith, with Bubbies kraut- yummy! Advice/Suggestion: mix the Dijon mustard and red wine vinegar prior to adding the rest of the ingrediants. (It gives an ideal mix) also, I added a slice of provolone and toasted the sandwich on the stove top. This recipe is such a great test on a boring tuna sammy. Try it!

Easy Cornish Hens

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2014
This recipe is amazing! I made this for dinner tonight and everyone loved it! I took the advice of another reviewer and broiled it for about 10 minutes to golden up the skin. I did not measure the seasoning because I was on a time limit to prepare, I also added paprika, fines herbs and I used butter instead of margarine. I paired it with butternut risotto, cabbage, various veggies and gravy from the stock. Delicious. I was nicely surprised and will make it a regular in our meal rotation. I also used fresh lemon juice because I had none from concentrate. Thank you for sharing this masterpiece!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2014
I love love love loooooove the sauce and flavor of it all but have to admit that it was a little too cheesy for my family... Also I incorporated zucchini, carrots into the 2nd layer. I didn't use this recipe specifically but from a blog called TastyKitchen. I wanted to rate it on this site though since I use it more anyway... Thank you for such a delish recipe!

Allie's Awesome Easy Spice Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2014
Thank you for posting this! I loved it all, although it kind of fell apart because I didn't wait long enough to take out of the pan.... Despite the user error it was indeed awesome! I left out the walnuts, I used the cream cheese glaze another reviewer suggested and threw sliced almonds on top. Also used coconut flour (1/3 C) Thanks again!
