I always try to make a recipe "as written"; that is the case with this with the exception of cooking time. I cooked it on high for 2 hours, then turned it down to low for 4 hours. It turned out perfect, literally coming apart as I removed it from the pot. None of us, dog included, could hardly leave it alone until today (Super Bowl day). Today I will saute up some onions, peppers and chilies to go along side for those who like them, and of course the grated cheese, sour cream, etc. Thanks for sharing Erin; I will make this again!
