Banana chocolate chip muffins with icing
About this Cook
I'm a 15 year old boy who loves to cook!
My favorite things to cook
Cakes Muffins Cookies Mostly deserts.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I'm acadian, so we usualy cook frico. poutine rapee, crepe au buckweit. All of them are delicous!
My cooking tragedies
I was making a double layerded white cake. It was very hot outside like 93 farenheit. The cake was supposed to be for acadian day but, anyway. I made the first cake and then the second. I put the icing on the first and then i put the second cake on top. The worst happened. The top cake cracked in three pieces because I did'nt cut the rounded part of the bottom cake. The icing melted off the cake because of the tempature outside. It was a complete disaster.

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies
i did like the sweetness of the cookie but, they should of added salt . The chocolate hid alot of the cookies cake like texture which I did'nt like too much . But I really like that the cookies were very moist ( maybe a little bit too moist... ) But in an overall rating they were good! :) Thanks for the recipe! :D

German Chocolate Cake III
The cake was delicious! I accidently bought mint chocolate... IT WAS AMAZING. I think it even tasted better the normal chocolate. I had a hard time with the icing but it turned out really great! It was a big hit with everyone of my family! Thank you for this great recipe.

Chef John's Chocolate Lava Cake
I may not be fair on this one but, it wasn't a good cake. When I cooked the cake was either a brownie or it looked like icing. The flavour was OK. When I fliped the rameking half of the cake would of came out. It was good ,but not delicious. (I did'nt butter the ramekins. I used PAM so it may did interfere the cooking process.)
