My frugal husband brought home some boneless skinless chicken thighs during a recent foray into town, and I was at a loss for ideas about how to cook them to make them turn out right. This recipe brings out the natural punch of thigh meat without making it taste gamy or overpowering. Super color and crunch on the outside, blissfully tender, juicy goodness on the inside, and the sauce is just wonderful! Sometimes the best recipes are just-right proportions of simple ingredients. You've hit it directly on the nose. This recipe is now one of our favorites. I intend to share it with my daughter, as I know the grandkids will love it as much as we do.
