Apricot Cream Cheese Thumbprints

I made these exactly as recipe said, and I didn't care for them. The dough was kind of gummy, and bland. I used orange marmalade and strawberry preserves, as there is allot of dough.they were sweet, and that's due to the jelly. Something is missing.Will try another recipe next time.

Whipped Shortbread Cookies

I made these little "JEMS" today.They are by far the best butter cookie created! The recipe called for whipping for 10 min.'s,, I tried that for a couple of min.and decided to knead the dough instead. Perfect results. I didn't add cherries just made them plain... Next time and there will be many next times, I will add preserves in the middle. These are #1 YAYYYYYY!

Soft Sugar Cookies II

I didn't use the cardomom, I used vanilla ext. and orange ext.and colored them. I did have to add more milk, just to mix it, which took a long time, there's allot to work with here. But overall, they came out good. I'd make them again using more flavoring, they need allot. Nice soft sugar cookie. There soft only in tupperware containers, right out of the oven. After eating a few, you can get the taste, and a sugar cookie it is!

Italian Cookies I

I made these last night, diden't frost them yet, but they definatly need frosting! I thought it is an awfully lg. amount of flour, for the butter andsugar amounts, and it is. The dough is very dry and very tough to work with, i had to add a little milk.,I wouldn't make these again, without increasing the butter and sugar

This recipe was great! i diden't add any raisins, so they came out like gingergread brownies. Fantastic!!! next time i'll add just a drop less sugar,,I think less sugar definately if you add raisins.

i make smoothies all the time, i never add ice. if you get the flavored yougurt you may find them sweeter,, add applesauce also.. any fruit will work... remember bananas thicken, so add more juice if you don't want a thick fribble.

Berry Shortbread Dreams

i just made these,, yum,, isn't the word! i used apricot preserves and they are delish! a little crumbly at first,, and i had to bake them at 300 degees for about 15 min,, the first batch heavily browned at 350 in about 5 min,, so i lowered the oven and baked longer.. worth the wait,, incredibly good
