Spinach Greens

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2007
This was tasty, but too salty. Bacon is already salty so the extra salt in the recipe is probably unnecessary. I will make this again, but will leave out the salt and then it will probably be a 4 star recipe. It is a very easy way to make spinach.

Indian Stir-Fried Shrimp in Cream Sauce (Bhagari Jhinga)

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2007
Very Delicious, and easy too. Even with a store run to pick up a jalapeno and tomato paste, this came together in about 30 minutes. Served with rice, and saag with paneer from a pouch. It is a very rich meal.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2007
This is one of my all time favorite recipes. I actually picked it up someplace else on the net many years ago. THe only change I make is getting tomatos with italian spices (basil, oregano and garlic) already in them. It makes it delish. Definately not an everyday treat. But great for a special occasion.

Bubble 'n' Squeak

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2007
Delicious, easy, and filling. A good combination as is. I did not have cooked potatoes, however with a microwave and one of those quick cook potato bags it really did not add much cook time.

This is an awesome recipe. Very authentic and fresh tasting. The only change I recommend is adding cilantro.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2003
No one in my family liked this. The chicken was tough because instead of searing it before hand to lock in juices it is boiled in the sauce. The sauce itself is oddly flavored and the contrasting ingrediants did not mix well. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2003
Good recipe-although my husband loves it more than I do. To cut down on the salt we halve Terriyaki and Ranch dressing. Just use the terriyaki as a baste as suggested by other reviewers and it helps alot. Plus I use real bacon and saute the chicken in the bacon grease.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2003
This is one of my favorite recipes, and we have been making it for years. I do use boneless chops on most occasions-and the cooking time is decreased to 45-30 when I do. I don't even like wine to drink-but in this dish it is marvelous!

Honey Pork with Peppers

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2003
Very good recipe. If it turned out watery for people, then my suggestion is to make sure the pork is fully thawed before cooking, the oil is really hot before adding pork, and use a wok and boil out excess liquid before adding the liquid ingrediants. I added real garlic and sauted the pork with it, would have used real ginger also if I had it on hand at the time.
