I am a cook who was formed by necessity. I've never thrown away good food. Everything in my home is used. That goal has taught me to use what I have, and create some really good food in the goal. My boyfriend says he likes my spaghetti the best, and especially because he never knows what will be in it that needs to be used up in the frig. He says he likes the variety and blend of spices and textures. I have been using ground turkey in my spaghetti for about 20 years because of health concerns, and I have only ever received rave reviews by all who have partaken, and it is frequently requested by even the neighbors :>D

Soups, stews, chili. Anything with Pasta. Sandwiches. Cupcakes.

Cookies at Christmas.
Cupcakes at Halloween and Easter too! Cold cakes and pies in summer.

Standing crown rib roast that turned out succulent and made my guests want more than we actually prepared. :>D
My cooking tragedies
One pot pasta meal that burned and smelled up my Mom's entire kitchen. Since I'm 50 now, this was a very long time ago :>D
