Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
This one is a keeper. Nice flavor. Here is what I did different to keep the burgers from falling apart. I used used Town House crackers instead of the bread crumbs and I doubled the amount. I hand chopped the peppers, onions, and garlic and I also added fresh cilantro. I formed the patties on a tin foil lined cookie sheet and froze before cooking. Cooked on a cast iron skillet with a small amount of canola oil. Cook until brown flip once and brown the other side. Maybe 7 minutes each side. Very delicious.
