Thanks again. Second recipe I tried and second success. This is very empowering since I am just learning to cook. I substituted sweet basil for rosemary, which I didn't have, and cooked three pork loin chops for six hours in a a crock pot on low setting.

Easy Meat Loaf

Wow! I don't know how to cook so 'easy' seemed the best choice. It was also excellent. Very moist vs. our usual dry meat loafs. I made a few departures: added carrot shavings and chopped (small) celery and baked it in a aluminum loaf pan. We have enough left over for two more dinners. Thank you.
