Tasty Orange Chops
I myself loved it but the husband and kids found it too "exotic" LOL. They didn't care for the orange flavor and though I didn't tell them it was in there (I have learned not to tell them what's in anything) they picked it up right away. So for me, I would make it again and again, but if you have picky kids or a picky husband, they may not like this.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
Really good! I lined my cookie sheets with foil which really helped because these cookies are very delicate when they come out of the oven. It helps to let them sit for 5 minutes on the sheet before trying to remove them. I used chopped large milk and dark chocolate candy bars instead of chocolate chips because that's what I had on hand. These are like chewy, crispy brownies. YUM!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins
WOW! These are wonderful...dense, moist, delicious. I used 1 tsp. of vanilla as suggested by other reviewers. The only other thing I did differently was to add the flour mixture to the wet mixture instead of the other way around as stated in the recipe. While the oats were soaking I mixed the dry ingred. and all the wet ingredients (except the oats/milk) in separate bowls. Made mixing them up a snap, then right into the oven. My oven runs hot so they only needed 17 minutes. I will make these forever!
