Lamb, grains (especially using GRITS!), seafood, eggplant, pastas.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Fondue at New Years, Birthdays, and Anniversaries. Can not leave out Thanksgiving family dinners.....tops for my family!

Creating dishes incorporating traditional Southern ingredients and International foods.

Deserts. Just not my thing...I realy don't care for that many deserts to begin with.
