I am a professional Chef of 30 plus year's working mostly in Italian cuisine, primarily southern Italian. I love sauteing and baking, I use as many fresh ingredients as possible and maintain a huge garden of fresh produce and herbs. I look for great snack food for the kids, but also higher end dishes for their lifelong palates, kids need real diversity to learn to love many different styles of cooking and eating.
My favorite things to cook
Leg of Lamb, any fish, saute Veal, scallops, lots of pasta and risotto. I love to bake cookies and pies, lots of hearty fare.

Gramma Davis's Biscuits, her mother taught her, she taught me. And of course all the Thanksgiving stuff that those biscuits go so well with.
