I used a medium onion, kept the chicken breasts whole, only used 2 Tbs of oil (total), substituted tomato for homemade sun-dried as a topping, only sprinked the feta- didn't use 4oz, sprinkled dried basil leaves, didn't use lime juice. The one cup of quiona was almost too much, I would use about .5-.75 cups next time. I cooked the chicken first, and then sauteed the onions and garlic in the juice that was left behind. Made the veggies taste extra yummy!
