After reading the reviews and adding my own touches to it I ended up with a flavorful juicy new chicken dish being added to my family meals. Recipes tweeked as followed: *Preheat oven to 375 (for easier cleanup I recommend lining pan with foil) *I used chicken tenders instead of whole breast. * I seasoned my meat as if I was going to bake it. *I microwaved a little less than 1/4 cup of olive oil and minced garlic(unmeasured) on high for 1min then put chicken in ziplock bag and poured evoo and garlic mix over the meat and mixed it around and let marinate in the fridge for two hrs. *Whole wheat seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 cup *Kraft grated parmesan/romano mixed cheese (green container) 1/2 cup * mix cheese and bread crumbs together and I added seasoning to the dry mix as well. *coated chicken with dry mix and covered pan with foil and baked for 18 mins. I then removed foil flipped chicken then broiled until desired crispiness aprox. 10 mins I flipped chicken after 5 mins. Tasty, juicy garlic parmesan chicken with garlic red mashed potatoes and mixed veggies and a happy family enjoying a new meal. Sn: base your dry mix off of how much cicken your cooking and how much more of one taste you would like over another. You only need enough evoo to coat your chicken not saturate it.
