Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Great recipe! This soup is really tasty with portabella mushrooms. It tastes just as good with half (2 Tbsp)the butter and reduced fat sour cream if you're concerned about fat. Great served over wild rice.

Christmas Fruitcake

This is an excellent recipe. The cake comes out light, moist and delicious. If you don't like the dreaded dense brick of a fruitcake that is sold at christmas time you will definitely like this one. Try it.
