Surprisingly simple and delicious. I added diced carrots. I also chopped up some fresh spinach and added it a few minutes before serving...Yummy!

Three Olive Spread

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2008
Try spreading softened cream cheese on the bottom of a dish and top with the olive spread - yummy! Helps cut the saltiness of the olives.

Marinated Tuna Steak

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2005
Blah! I even 'marinated' it for an hour and there was still no flavor. Sorry by I don't think I'll be making this again.

Bill's Beefuna Burgers

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2004
The burgers weren't 'bad', but not homeruns (as my husband likes to say). I think we'll stick with Montreal Chicken Seasoning for our burgers.

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2004
This was a pretty quick soup to make. I didn't have chicken broth, so I used 3 Knorr Chicken Boullion cubes and 3 T chicken granules. I also cooked my chicken and noodles in the soup instead of separately. The noodles had a great chicken flavor.

Santa Fe Rice Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2003
I was in desperate need of a side dish for a mexican dinner and this recipe was awesome! I suggest that you add the black beans to the dressing to marinate while the rice cools or even longer. I also wouldn't add all the dressing to the salad as it makes it way too soggy. As my husband would say "this is a homerun"!
